Considering different microstructures and properties of metal of hardened layer and the core of back - up roller , the distributions of shear stress below surface and the contact stress between work roller and back - up roller of a four - high - mill were simulated with nonlinear fem 摘要考慮軋輥表面淬硬層與其心部金屬材料組織性能的差別,采用非線性有限元方法對(duì)四輥軋機(jī)的工作輥與支撐輥間接觸應(yīng)力及輥內(nèi)剪應(yīng)力分布進(jìn)行模擬,并將模擬結(jié)果與傳統(tǒng)強(qiáng)度校核方法進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,研究了軋輥淬硬層厚度對(duì)輥間接觸應(yīng)力的影響規(guī)律。
